Program Tuition Cost and Fees

Please contact one of our Agents to discuss tuition and financial assistance for Home-Med Learning Center, LLC. Tuition and fees must be paid at the time of registration (subject to change at the discretion of the school with approval of NYSED).    In cases where payment of tuition and/or other charges are overdue, Home-Med Learning Center, LLC reserves to employ the services of collection agencies and/or attorneys. In that event, the school shall pursue the student for an additional sum representing interest and all costs of collection including reasonable attorneys’ fees of half the balance in default at time of collection.    Be advised that your academic records will be frozen if all charges are not paid. Grades and transcripts will be withheld until full payment is made. Tuition is refundable under the terms of the applicable refund policy on an enrollment agreement. All registration fees are non-refundable, unless the school cancels the start date.  

Financial Assistance

The goal of the business office is to aid students in meeting the costs of obtaining an education. Payment plans are available to help ease tuition cost. No interest payment plans while you are in school; these are discussed and structured on an individual basis. 

Enrollment

  Student who wishes to attend Home-Med Learning Center, LLC must complete the Enrollment Agreement. There is no deadline. Nevertheless, we urged you to file your application early to assure consideration and admission into the program of your choice.    In addition, applicants should arrange to have copies of their final official high school transcripts, along with official transcripts from any previous proprietary schools or colleges attended sent to us; or have GED scores to qualify for a high school equivalency certificate issued by any of the fifty states. A "certificate of attendance" does not constitute high school graduation nor is the certificate deemed equivalent to high school completion.    After being admitted, a student who doesn’t possess a high school diploma must take the Ability-to-Benefit, (ATB) entrance exam. This exam assesses your competence in basic reading, English and math which help to increase student’s chances of success.    Admission at HMLC ensures enrollment of the student’s choice to complete a non-degree program. An applicant who qualifies for admission is scheduled for a personal interview with a Registrars Agent. Applicants are selected on a point-based system, which includes grade point average, test scores and the interview (oral and written). Following the interview and evaluation process, all applicants are notified of the results.
